What data we collect, and why

This site collects only what you actively type into its forms:

• Email address (required) — so we can send you exactly 3 emails about the Kickstarter campaign: a signup confirmation, a reminder shortly before launch on October 10, 2026, and one message before the campaign ends. Nothing else, no newsletter.
• Name of the person who referred you (optional) — used to thank the people who share this page the most. The most frequent names are displayed publicly on this site as suggestions and as a small leaderboard.
• Postal address (optional) — used once, to send you a handwritten note.
• WhatsApp number (optional, convention weekends only) — used once, to arrange a playtest with you in person.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR), given by submitting the form. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The site stores your language preference in your own browser (localStorage) and nowhere else.

Diese Website erhebt nur Daten, die du aktiv in ihre Formulare eingibst: E-Mail-Adresse (erforderlich, für genau 3 E-Mails zur Kickstarter-Kampagne), optional den Namen der Person, die dich hierher eingeladen hat (die häufigsten Namen werden öffentlich als Vorschläge und Bestenliste angezeigt), optional deine Postanschrift (für eine einmalige handgeschriebene Notiz) und an Convention-Wochenenden optional deine WhatsApp-Nummer (zur einmaligen Kontaktaufnahme für eine Testrunde). Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Keine Cookies, keine Analyse-Tools, keine Tracker; die Spracheinstellung wird nur in deinem eigenen Browser gespeichert.

Where the data lives

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this site and stores form submissions. Netlify participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Zoho Corporation (EU servers, zoho.eu) sends the emails.

Your data is transmitted encrypted (TLS), is never sold or shared with anyone else, and is used for nothing beyond the purposes above. It is deleted after the campaign ends, or immediately when you ask.

Netlify, Inc. (USA, Teilnehmer des EU-US Data Privacy Framework) hostet die Website und speichert Formulareinsendungen; Zoho Corporation (EU-Server, zoho.eu) versendet die E-Mails. Deine Daten werden verschlüsselt übertragen (TLS), niemals verkauft oder weitergegeben und nach Ende der Kampagne gelöscht — oder sofort, wenn du das möchtest.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to a supervisory authority. For any of it, one email is enough: inbox@wilfredocasas.com — or simply reply "delete" to any email from us.

Nach der DSGVO hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung und Löschung deiner Daten, kannst deine Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen und dich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren. Eine E-Mail an inbox@wilfredocasas.com genügt — oder antworte einfach mit „löschen" auf eine unserer E-Mails.
